Reading Champions' Conference
As well as an opportunity to network with colleagues and hear updates on WiT and other local opportunities, themes for each conference are based on feedback from Leicester schools.
Our 2026/27 calendar of conferences will be shared with schools in the Autumn Term.
2025/26
We held four Reading Champions' sessions, which focussed on:
- Graphics novels
- Poetry
- Championing Reading for Pleasure (for ECTs)
- Building Brilliant Voliational Readers
