Welcome back

Welcome back to our Leicester schools!

We hope you had a restful summer break and are looking forward to the start of the new term! The focus for Whatever it Takes again this year will be to ‘shine light on books’ in Leicester schools, delivering projects that promote high quality, engaging texts; increase book stock; and link children directly with authors. We know re-engaging pupil with reading will be crucial to school’s work again this year and addressing areas which have arisen around reading over the turbulence of last year; the WiT team are committed to providing as much support as we can.
